How To Fill Out the VITEEE Application Form?

Candidates can fill out the VITEEE application form on the official website only after registration. Registered users can then fill in the online application form by entering their name, nationality, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. The system will generate a password, and candidates can log in to fill in the other details in the application form.

Also, the VITEEE offline application form is available only at designated centres. The online application procedure for VITEEE 2025 comprises the following steps:

1st Step: VITEEE Registration 2025

To get registered, a candidate has to go to the registration window and enter the following details:

• Candidate Name
• Residential Status
• Nationality
• Date of Birth
• Gender
• Mobile Number
• Email ID
• Verification Code

After furnishing these details, the candidate must click the ‘Register’ button. Upon successful registration, the password for login would be sent to the candidate’s registered email ID and contact number.

2nd Step: Login

Candidates can use the password sent to their email ID and log in with it to their VIT portal. They will then be able to access the online VITEEE application form 2025.

3rd Step: Filling All the Details in VITEEE Application Form

4th Step: Payment of Application Fee

The final step of filling out the VITEEE 2023 application form is the payment of the application fee. Please note that candidates can send hard copies of the application form to the university after the payment. VITEEE Eligibility Criteria 2025

We advise the candidates to go through this section before applying for the exam. Only those candidates who fulfil the eligibility requirements of VITEEE will be able to apply for the exams and appear for the same.

Nationality

The eligibility criteria with respect to nationality are as follows:

• The applicant for admission should be a Resident/ Non-Resident Indian National/ PIO.
• Candidates who studied or studying abroad can apply directly through the foreign category only. For them, a separate application form will be available. You can check the official website for more details.

Qualifying Examinations

Candidates appearing for the VITEEE 2025 should have either completed or shall be appearing in 2023 in any one of the following qualifying examinations:

• The State Board conducted the final examination of the 10+2 system of Higher Secondary Examination; Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE, New Delhi), The Council for Indian School Certificate Examination (ISCE), New Delhi.
• Intermediate or Two-year Pre-University Examination conducted by a recognised Board/ University.
• High School Certificate Examination of the Cambridge University or International Baccalaureate Diploma of the International Baccalaureate Office, Geneva.
• General Certificate Education (GCE) examination London/ Cambridge/ Sri Lanka at the Advanced (A) level.
• As per VIT Norms, Regular ‘NIOS’ board candidates are eligible for VITEEE. They should produce the Migration Cum Transfer Certificate at the time of joining. Other Open School candidates are not eligible for VITEEE.
• Candidates who have appeared for the +2 exam through different boards in the same academic year are not eligible for VITEEE 2023.

Educational Qualification

The VITEEE eligibility criteria with respect to educational qualification are as follows:

• Candidates appearing for the VITEEE 2025 should have secured an aggregate of 55% in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/ Biology in the qualifying examination (10+2/ intermediate).
• The average marks obtained in the subjects Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics or Biology (PCM / PCB) in 10+2/ intermediate, put together, should be 45% for the following categories:
  1. Candidates belonging to SC/ ST.
  2. Candidates from the North-Eastern Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim, Tripura, Jammu and Kashmir. They should mandatorily produce a nativity certificate proof during the counselling round.
• Candidates who have studied Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, English, and Aptitude are eligible for all the B.Tech. Programmes.
• Candidates who have studied Physics, Chemistry, Biology, English, and Aptitude are eligible for the:
  1. B.Tech. Bio-engineering in VIT, Bhopal.
  2. B.Tech. Biotechnology in VIT, Vellore.
  3. B.Tech. Computer Science and Engineering with a specialisation in Bioinformatics from VIT, Vellore.
  4. B.Tech. Computer Science and Engineering with a specialisation in Health Informatics from VIT, Bhopal.

Age Limit

Candidates whose date of birth falls on or after July 1, 2001, are eligible to apply for VITEEE 2023. The date of birth as recorded in the High School/ SSC/ X Certificate will be considered authentic. Candidates should produce this certificate in original as proof of their age at the time of counselling, or they will not be considered for admission.

VITEEE 2025 Application Form Correction

The VIT officials will notify the candidates via VITEE 2025 notification about the dates for the correction of application forms. The application form correction window gives candidates an opportunity to review their application forms. If any detail provided in the form is incorrect, they can correct it in this window.

Candidates will be able to edit errors in the VITEEE application form before the last date. Once the deadline to make changes ends, requests for corrections will not be entertained. Please note that the officials will only accept the correct application form. Therefore, candidates need to get any discrepancies rectified.
