VIT conducts the VITEEE 2025 counselling online in 4 phases. To participate in the VITEEE counselling process in 2023, candidates must log in to the VITEEE counselling portal and fill in their choices.

After the completion of counselling procedures, the authorities will allot seats to the candidates. However, this will also depend on several factors. VITEEE 2025 Counselling Schedule

VITEEE counselling 2025 will take place based on different ranks on the merit list. The officials have released the VITEEE counselling schedule, and the complete information is as below:

Candidates whose ranking is less than 1,00,000 are eligible for counselling in VIT Vellore, Chennai, VIT Bhopal and VIT AP.

After completion of counselling of candidates who have scored a ranking under 1,00,000, the VIT officials will schedule phase 5 counselling. Candidates who have scored above 1,00,000 rank in VITEEE can participate in this round only in VIT AP and VIT Bhopal.

VITEEE Counselling Login and Choice Filling

Before moving to the choice filling and counselling login, candidates must check their VITEEE results first. The results will be released as a rank list, and the information is sent to the candidate’s registered ID and phone number.

If the candidates have their names on the rank list, they can proceed to the next step of the admission process by logging in to the portal with their application number and password. Candidates must pay the counselling fee as per the rank-wise schedule mentioned above.

Now, they have to fill in their preferred course, campus, and category choices. Candidates can edit their choices before the deadline. Candidates must double-check their choices before clicking the Submit button to avoid any confusion in the later stages. Besides, it is essential to note that the candidates must pay a registration fee of Rs. 5000 to participate in the B.Tech counselling.

VITEEE 2025 Seat Allotment

Once the choice-filling deadlines are over, the officials will analyse the candidates’ choices per the merit list. Candidates must note that the VIT seat allotment will be done by considering factors such as merit, choice filling, and the availability of seats. Once all the processes are complete, the officials will announce the VIT seat allotment result. If the candidates are satisfied with the allotment, they can follow the remaining procedure to confirm their seats for admission.

Candidates who get the VIT seat allotment will only get a few days to pay the advance admission fee. Please note that this advance admission fee will be 50% of the tuition fee. However, candidates can also pay the full fee if they wish to submit it.

VITEEE Counselling 2025: Documents Uploading & Verification

Candidates must upload their documents as a part of the VIT counselling document verification process. Once the documents are verified, the only process left for the final admissions is visiting the institute and completing the remaining procedures.

VITEEE Counselling Admission and Fee Payment

Once the document verification is completed, candidates must report to the concerned campus per the schedule. Candidates can complete the VIT counselling fee payment procedures and hostel enquiries at the campus. Once candidates complete these procedures, they will receive an acknowledgement that they have officially been admitted to the institute.
