Mumbai-based education-tech start-up for competitive entrance test preparation, Embibe.com, today announced the acquisition of 100Marks, one of the student guidance platforms for JEE Main, Advanced and Medical, in a cash plus stock deal.
With a combined footprint of 4 million unique visitors last year, Embibe said that this acquisition is a way towards them establishing itself firmly as a leader in the category.
