The Armed Forces will offer the shortlisted Agniveer a salary package of Rs. 4.75 lacs for the first year, which will be increased to approximately Rs. 6.92 lacs in the fourth year. Death Compensation: Non-contributory life insurance coverage of Rs 48 lakhs, with an additional Ex. Gratia of Rs 44 lakh for a service-related death. The unreserved portion is for up to four years, including the SevaNidhi component.

Medical Standards

• Candidates must be physically fit and mentally sound.
