December 12, 2024National Recruitment Agency Common Eligibility Test (NRA CET) is a prelims/screening test that will select candidates for various posts under the Group B and C non-technical and non-gazetted sections, which are administered by the National Recruitment Agency (NRA). Candidates who clear the NRA CET exam are also eligible to appear in the selection process for IBPS, SSC, and RRBs.
However, all aspirants interested in appearing for the test must first check the eligibility criteria, i.e., before applying online for the same, as their candidature depends on that. If the officials find out that any aspirant failed to meet the eligibility, their candidature shall be dismissed. This article will include all details on the NRA CET, including eligibility, the application process, the exam syllabus, exam dates and more.
NRA will initially hold a single IBPS, SSC, and RRB exam. The NRA will only use the CET exam to select candidates for Group B and Group C positions.
The CET will be replaced by preliminary matriculation-level tests administered by several government recruitment authorities.
The NRA CET exam is conducted for three levels: matriculation, higher secondary, and graduation. Each level of the CET test will have a common syllabus. Each candidate will be given two chances yearly, with the best of the two being considered. The CET will be held in all of India’s major regional languages.
