March 11, 2024RBI Grade B Phase 1: The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) is the exam-conducting authority of the RBI Officers Grade B 2023 Phase I exam. The authorities will conduct the exam tentatively in May 2023. Last year, authorities introduced 294 vacancies, which included vacancies for 238 Officers in Grade ‘B’(DR)—General, 31 Officers in Grade ‘B’(DR)—DEPR and 25 Officers in Grade ‘B’(DR)—DSIM. This year, the number is expected to be around 300. This year, the total vacancies are 291 that includes Officers in Grade ‘B’ (DR) for General, DEPR, and DSIM.
The RBI shall determine candidates’ performance based on three selection rounds: RBI Grade B Phase-I, RBI Grade B Phase-II, and the final round, i.e., the interview. The authorities will release the RBI Grade B Exam admit card on their official website. Applicants must provide their registration number to download the admission cards. RBI Grade B Admit Card will include personal information and exam centre details such as the exam day, slot and time. It is mandatory for candidates to carry their admit cards to the exam centre.

The authorities announced the RBI Grade B Phase 1 exam results on July 18, 2023. RBI separately announces results for both phases in the form of a PDF on the official website. The results provide the roll number of qualified candidates shortlisted for the next phase. To access the results, candidates must enter their Receipt Number and Date of Birth. Candidates who pass the RBI Grade B Phase I exam will be eligible to take the RBI Grade B Phase II exam.
