SSC MTS Job Description 

The following are some of the most critical responsibilities of Multi-Tasking employees:

• Keeping the section’s records in good physical condition.
• Section/Unit cleanliness and care in general.
• Transporting files and other papers throughout the building.

The employees will be offered different types of increments under the pay matrix, such as promotional and annual increments. Nationality Criteria

Candidates must be Indian citizens or belong to one of the following groups:

• A citizen of India
• A Subject of Nepal, or
• A Subject of Bhutan, or
• A Tibetan refugee who arrived in India with the intention of permanently settling in India, or
• A person of Indian origin who arrived in India with the intention of permanently settling in India from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania (Formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia, and Vietnam.

Note: These candidates, except Indian citizens, should produce a certificate of eligibility issued by the Government of India at the time of appointment.

Age Criteria

Candidates applying for the SSC MTS 2023 Examination must have passed their Matriculation Examination (10th Standard) or equivalent from a recognised board or university as on August 1, 2023.

Steps to Fill the SSC MTS Tier 1 Application Form

SSC MTS Tier 1 Stages of Exam

The SSC MTS TIER 1 2023 exam is divided into three phases, with applicants who pass all three stages being appointed as SSC MTS personnel. The following are the three stages of the SSC MTS Exam:

• Stage 1: Computer-based Test (Tier 1)

SSC MTS Exam Pattern – Scoring Pattern (+/- Marking)

There will be objective type, and multiple-choice questions in Paper I. 0.25 marks will be deducted for each wrong answer. Candidates are recommended to keep this in mind when answering the questions. 

• The SSC Tier 1 Exam will be conducted on a computer.

SSC MTS Tier 1 Admit Card 2023

The SSC MTS admit card was released on August 22, 2023, for the exam scheduled from September 1 to 14, 2023. The admit card mentions important details about the candidates and the exam centre which is why it is an important resource. Moreover, candidates need to carry the hall ticket to the examination centre or else they will not be allowed to appear for the exam.

The only way to get SSC MTS hall tickets is to download them online. Aspirants for SSC MTS can obtain their SSC MTS admit card by following these steps.

• 1st Step: Go to the official website of the SSC region from which candidates have applied.
• 2nd Step: Go to the URL provided to download the SSC MTS Admit Card.
• 3rd Step: Fill in the “Registration Number” and “Date of Birth”
• 4th Step: Click on the ‘Submit’ button.
• 5th Step: The screen will display the SSC MTS admit card, which is available for download and saving. For future reference, print copies of the same.

In addition to the Admission Certificate, it is mandatory to carry at least two passport size recent colour photographs, an original valid Photo-ID proof having the date of birth as printed on the Admission Certificate, such as

If the date of birth is not stated on the Photo Identity Card, the applicant must produce an original document as proof of their date of birth (e.g., Matriculation Certificate, Marks Sheet provided only by CBSE/ ICSE/ State Boards; Birth Certificate, Category Certificate). If the date of birth on the Admission Certificate and the picture ID/ Certificate presented in support of the date of birth do not match, the applicant will be unable to sit the examination.

SSC MTS Tier 1 Answer key 

The Staff Selection Commission releases the provisional answer before the result declaration. If candidates feel that any answer is incorrect then they can raise an objection by paying a certain fee. The candidates cannot raise objections to the final answer key.
