c) The blowing of balloons is a physical change since the shape of the balloon changes and it is a reversible and temporary change.

d) Stretching of a rubber band is a physical change when the stretching is removed the rubber band goes back to its original state.

e) Souring of milk is a chemical change because when the milk is soured it becomes curd having an entirely different compositions from that of milk.

f) Burning of a magnesium ribbon is a chemical change, after burning ash is formed which is a new substance. Ash is having entirely different composition from that of ribbon. This change is also permanent and irreversible.
