Plants have different parts like root, stem, leaf, fruit, and flower. Each parts have different functions that are mentioned as follows: Flowers: They help in reproduction. Leaf: They perform photosynthesis. Fruits: Protect the seeds. Stem: They support the plant Root: They absorb water and minerals from the soil.

Look at the picture and answer the question. Does the plant in the picture have flower? Do you think all plants have flowers?

The plant in the picture has a flower. Flowers are the brightly coloured part of a plant. It is called flowering plant. But all plants do not have flowers. Some coniferous plants do not possess to have plants. They are called non-flowering plants.
