Construct a triangle $\mathrm{PQR}$ where $\mathrm{PQ}=8 \mathrm{cm}, \mathrm{PR}=6 \mathrm{cm}, \angle \mathrm{QPR}=65°$. Construct a parallelogram whose area is equal to the area of the triangle.
