In fruits like mangoes, the fruits are eaten by animals and seeds are thrown away. In this way, the mango seeds disperse. Balsam is an example of a seed dispersed by an explosion. The force of the explosion helps to scatter the seeds several feet away from the parent plant. Coconut is dispersed by water.
