Yeast is also known as anaerobes as they perform anaerobic respiration in absence of oxygen. b- iv The diaphragm is a thin skeletal muscle that separates the chest cavity, containing the heart and lungs, from the abdominal cavity. c- i The earthworm respires through its moist skin.
