An organic compound $\left(\mathrm{A}\right)$ ${\mathrm{C}}_4{\mathrm{H}}_9\mathrm{Cl}$ on reaction with aqueous $\mathrm{KOH}$ gives $\left(\mathrm{B}\right).$ $\left(\mathrm{A}\right)$ on reaction with alcoholic $\mathrm{KOH}$ gives $\left(\mathrm{C}\right)$ which is also formed on passing the vapours of $\left(\mathrm{B}\right)$ over heated copper. The compound $\left(\mathrm{C}\right)$ readily decolourise bromine water. Ozonolysis of $\left(\mathrm{C}\right)$ gives two compounds $\left(\mathrm{D}\right)$ and $\left(\mathrm{E}\right).$ Compound $\left(\mathrm{D}\right)$ reacts with ${\mathrm{NH}}_2\mathrm{OH}$ to give $\left(\mathrm{F}\right)$ and compound $\left(\mathrm{E}\right)$ reacts with $\mathrm{NaOH}$ to give an alcohol $\left(\mathrm{G}\right)$ and sodium salt $\left(\mathrm{H}\right)$ of an acid. $\left(\mathrm{D}\right)$ can also be prepared from propyne on treatment with water in presence of ${\mathrm{Hg}}^{+2}$ and ${\mathrm{H}}_2{\mathrm{SO}}_4$. Identify $\left(\mathrm{A}\right)$ to $\left(\mathrm{H}\right)$ with proper reasoning.
