The female reproductive includes the following:

Ovary: Ovaries are paired structures located dorsolaterally extending between the 2nd and 6th abdominal segments. Each ovary consists of 8 ovarioles. Each ovary has six regions: Terminal suspensory filament, the budding zone where the oocyte is formed, germinarium for developing oocyte, vitellarium for development of oocyte, egg chamber that contains single, large, mature ovum, and a hollow pedicel that opens into an oviduct.

Oviduct: The pedicles of the ovariole of the ovary join to form a small, thick oviduct. Two oviducts unite to form a common chamber known as the vagina.

Genital chamber: This is broad and boat-shaped formed of 7th, 8th, and 9th sternites forming a pouch. The pouch is divided into an anterior genital chamber and posterior oothecal chamber.

Colleterial gland: These are paired milky white, highly branched tubular accessory reproductive glands located dorsally to the genital pouch. The secretion of this gland is required for the formation of the outer covering of oothecae.

Spermatheca: These are small paired structures located close to the collateral gland.

External genitalia: These are three pairs hanging from the roof of the oothecal chamber and are made up of chitin.
