Sweta's father is the manager of a printing press. The printing press has multiple shops in multiple towns. These shops collect the job for printing from the customers, sent them to the press for getting printed and again sent them back to the shops for delivery to the customers. The procedure is as follows:

(a) Customers come to the shop and give the job of printing wedding cards.

(b) The shop informs the printing press about the job.

(c) The printing press informs different departments to do different types of work- purchasing paper, purchasing ink, preparing the machine for printing, printing the wedding cards and finally sending the printed cards back to the shop.

(d) After completing the printing work, the press stops. Sweta thinks that the printing press works exactly like a system in the human body about which she learned in chapter 10 of her science textbook.

Rita and her friend Kavita will be alone at home for the next ten days as Rita's mom is going to visit her brother in a nearby city. Rita's mom is very worried about her fifteen-year old daughter. Rita only likes to eat junk food like chips, burgers and hot dogs. She insists that she is mature enough to take care of her own diet but her mom has given the responsibility to Kavita before leaving.

The menu that Kavita has prepared includes two scrambled eggs with a glass of milk or porridge along with milk and jam for breakfast, dal or vegetable with rice and roti for lunch, chicken or paneer with rice and roti for dinner, and a fruit dessert.

Is the menu prepared by Kavita a balanced and healthy one?
